Not Getting Imessages On Iphone

Hello GW47,

Messages Not Appearing On Iphone

Iphone

It sounds like the message may be going to your Apple ID or another address. You may want to make sure that your Apple ID is setup to receive iMessage across all of your devices. For more information, check out this resource:

Head to Settings - Messages and tap the button next to iMessage to turn iMessage off on your iPhone or iPad. Next, hold the power button down until you see ‘Slide to Power Off’ and slide your finger across the bar to turn off your iPhone or iPad. Turn your device back on, head back to Settings - Messages, and turn iMessage back on. Although you have the same iCloud account for iPhone and iPad, you aren’t able to see the text messages both on the iPhone and iPad. This is because iPad and Mac have free iMessage service but that is only confined to Apple devices. So, how to get text messages on both iPhone and iPad type questions may arise inside you naturally. IPhone letting you text your blue-bubble iMessages friends but not regular old green bubble friends over SMS messages? IMessage works over data while SMS/MMS work over the carrier channel, so it's entirely possible there's a bug that can affect one but not the other. If Apple’s iMessage service is not working on iPhone, you will see all the Messages being sent from your device appearing in green bubbles and not blue bubbles. If the entire Messaging Service or the Messages App is not working on iPhone, you won’t be able to send any Message from your iPhone. Homebrew redis.
